Gutter Cleaning
in Southern Oregon.

Clear leaves, needles and other debris from the gutter line, with downspout checks and cleanup included in the agreed work. Ask about roof moss at the same time if the roof needs attention too.

The care you need

Give rainwater a clearer path.

Gutters collect more than rain. Leaves and loose roof debris can gather in the channel and around downspouts, interrupting flow. Gutter cleaning removes that buildup and checks the areas where water needs to leave the system.

Tell us about overflowing sections, visible debris and difficult roof edges. Cleaning is maintenance; a damaged gutter, failed joint or drainage defect may need work beyond debris removal. We do not offer a leak-prevention guarantee.

Scope and choices

The channel, the outlet and the cleanup.

  1. Gutter debris removal

Remove leaves, needles and loose material using suitable tools or hand clearing.

  2. Downspout checks

Check outlets and clear or flush downspouts when needed.

  3. Roof-edge attention

Clear loose debris near the gutter line within the agreed scope.

  4. Bagging and disposal

Collect and remove the debris from the property when the cleaning is finished.

Access and the condition of the gutter system matter. Cleaning does not replace repair, installation or correction of damaged drainage components.

Before scheduling

Describe the roofline, not just the clog.

Include the property location, approximate building height and the sections that concern you. Tell us about gutter guards, restricted side access or areas you cannot see easily. These details help us discuss the scope and a suitable way to reach it.

Your estimate is agreed before the visit, with weather and access considered when scheduling. The $175 minimum for non-moss services is not a fixed gutter-cleaning price. We clear the agreed areas, check for remaining blockages and tidy the removed debris.

What happens to the removed leaves?

The published gutter service includes collecting, bagging and removing debris from the property.

Is moss treatment included automatically?

No. Roof moss removal and treatment have a separate scope and a $350 minimum. Include the roof concern when requesting your gutter estimate.
