Pressure Washing
in Southern Oregon.

Refresh driveways, paths, patios and suitable exterior surfaces with an approach selected for the material. Start with the surface and its condition, then agree the method and estimate.

The care you need

Clean the buildup. Respect the surface.

Dirt and organic buildup can change how an entrance, patio or exterior wall looks and feels. Pressure washing addresses suitable outdoor surfaces with pressure, water flow and treatment chosen for the work.

Concrete, siding, brick and stone do not call for identical settings. Tell us what the surface is and any visible wear. Some materials need controlled pressure or a softer washing approach; suitability is discussed before work is confirmed.

Scope and choices

A method chosen for each material.

  1. Concrete and entrances

Discuss driveways, sidewalks and high-traffic entry areas.

  2. Patios and pool decks

Address buildup on suitable outdoor walking and gathering areas.

  3. Appropriate siding care

Controlled pressure or soft-wash methods may be selected for compatible materials.

  4. Brick, stone and storefronts

Assess surface and mortar condition, then agree appropriate exterior cleaning.

Weathering, damage and some stains may remain after washing. Roof moss and solar panels use separate gentle cleaning methods, not high-pressure washing.

Before scheduling

A useful estimate begins with the material.

Identify each surface you want cleaned and its approximate size. Mention loose mortar, worn finishes, delicate edges or any concerns about condition. Access to the work area is part of the planning conversation.

We discuss the appropriate method and provide upfront pricing for the agreed surfaces. Non-moss services carry a $175 minimum, rather than one fixed price for every driveway or wall. Work is scheduled around the property and suitable conditions, followed by a review of the cleaned areas.

Useful answers

Pressure Washing: your questions.

Does every surface get the same pressure?

No. Surface material and condition guide the method. Controlled pressure or a soft-wash approach may be appropriate for particular siding and exterior materials.

Can I request a business entrance?

Yes. Discuss storefront entryways and sidewalks, including access and whether one-time cleaning or ongoing maintenance is needed.

Are roofs pressure washed?

Roof moss cleaning is a separate service that avoids roof pressure washing. Use the roof moss page to review that approach.

Will washing remove every dark mark?

Not necessarily. The type of buildup, the material and existing condition affect the outcome. Point out specific marks during the estimate conversation.
