The terms for using our website and requesting information about our services.
Welcome to honestpropertyservices.com, the website of Honest Interior and Exterior Cleaning Services (“Honest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
Use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not violate applicable laws, attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems, interfere with security or functionality, introduce harmful code, or use the site for fraudulent, abusive or disruptive activity.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect the website or comply with law.
Website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, video and other materials, belongs to Honest Interior and Exterior Cleaning Services or its respective owners and licensors. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or publish website materials without the appropriate owner’s written permission.
Website descriptions explain the cleaning services we offer; they do not confirm that every method or service is suitable for every property. Access, surface condition, location and the requested work may affect suitability, scheduling and price.
Estimates are free. A minimum service fee of $350 applies to roof moss services and $175 to all other cleaning services. These minimums are not fixed package prices. A website inquiry or estimate request does not reserve an appointment or create a confirmed service agreement. We will discuss and confirm the scope, price and scheduling before work is arranged.
Any confirmed written estimate or separate service agreement governs the work it covers. General website updates do not override an existing agreement or authorize an unagreed price change. We may decline work where it is unsafe, unsuitable, outside our available coverage or otherwise cannot lawfully or reasonably be provided.
Roof moss cleaning uses gentle manual removal and appropriate roof-safe treatment; it is separate from pressure washing for suitable exterior surfaces. Results and maintenance needs depend on the property and conditions. Website animations and illustrations are visual presentations and do not guarantee a particular result.
The website includes Google Maps and links to third-party websites, including Facebook and our website provider. Contact requests submitted through this website are stored in WordPress and emailed to Honest’s Gmail address. Hosting, WordPress, Elementor and email providers support that processing. The current website does not provide online checkout or automatic appointment booking.
Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content, availability or operation. A link does not by itself endorse all third-party content.
When providing information through an inquiry or email, you agree to provide accurate information, share only information you have the right to provide, and allow us to use it to respond and discuss the requested services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Submitting the estimate form sends your request to Honest and stores it in WordPress so we can respond. A submitted inquiry is not a confirmed appointment or service agreement. If a submission fails, please contact us directly by phone or email. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information in an inquiry.
We may disregard or remove unlawful, harmful, abusive or inappropriate submissions. Sending an inquiry does not grant us permission to publish your name, message or property photographs as a testimonial or project feature.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We aim to provide useful and accurate information but do not warrant that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, up to date or free of harmful components.
Contact us to confirm service details before relying on general website information for a specific property. These website disclaimers do not replace a confirmed service agreement, remove any express service guarantee we provide, or exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Honest Interior and Exterior Cleaning Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. This may include lost profits, business interruption or loss of data arising from website downtime, errors or omissions.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or overrides responsibilities under a separate service agreement. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so these limits apply only where the law allows them.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Honest Interior and Exterior Cleaning Services harmless from third-party claims, damages, liabilities and reasonable legal costs resulting from your unlawful misuse of this website or your violation of these terms. This provision does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence or wrongdoing, or where such an obligation is prohibited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory protections that apply under other applicable law.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Revisions apply prospectively to website use after posting, subject to any notice or consent required by law. Continuing to use the website after a revision means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law. Changes do not retroactively alter a separate service agreement.
